the staff members were polite. they were respectful. netflix was easy to use in the room. i could enjoy a film. the bed was amazing. the bath allowed me to relax and enjoy the views.
the front desk did not seem to know how they work. they did not seem to care about service. i did not get a timely check-in. i waited hours for my luggage to arrive at my room.

the staff are really nice. i really love the pool area too. our room was very clean. there were several restaurants inside the hotel.
the agent on the phone didn't assist me much when the website kept logging me out during checkout.

The receptionists Saana and Ahmad provided excellent service . They greeted me with warm smiles and a genuine willingness to help. Saana answered all my questions. Ahmad accommodated my requests.

The room arrangement was thoughtful! The dining menu has an excellent selection! The room was well stocked! I appreciated that! The security team was really amazing, especially Zeohal, he was a great help.
The Wi-Fi was a little slow at times. That's about it.
